Year 10 Social Studies
Year 10 Social Studies is a course designed to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of basic historical and geographic principles and concepts. Covered topics include ideas such as conflict and culture. This course has a primary focus on the history and mātauranga Māori of our local communities. Skills covered include research, reading and interpreting sources, and examining different perspectives.
This literacy rich subject will help encourage students to think critically about the world around them.
